Contingency Plan:

If my plan fails for various reasons I have planned the appropriate measures to make sure my project as a whole doesn't fail, the following sub-headings illustrate my plans.

Location:

If I can't gain permission for using the land I require for my photo shoot I've planned to change location to a similar area which is owned by friends. This location is based within a forest and provides conditions that are just as good as my primary location. This alternative will be used if it rains on the day of the shoot as it provides great cover and is conveniently close to housing.

Weather:

To avoid this issue I have check the weather days in advance of my shoot and plan to shoot in overcast conditions however if it rains I have prepared waterproof clothing for models, crew and also equipment. If the weather makes the shoot impossible then I will re-arrange the day of the shoot.

Models:

I have organised two main models for my shoot and both have confirmed they can come on the day of the shoot. Incase they cannot I have asked other friends whether they're available on the day and they will come if necessary. To avoid any disagreements on the use age of the footage I will create a model release form that I require to model to sign this then means I cannot be sued for using the image.

Equipment:

I have booked my equipment for the shoot however if this equipment should become broken or unavailable for whatever reason I have asked to borrow a friends Canon 5D Mark 3 camera which he agreed with. If our cameras batteries run out on set then I will prepare spare fully charged batteries however to avoid this I will ensure they are completely charged.
